  1. What we repeatedly say over and over in our mind.

  2. What others repeatedly say to us over and over.

  3. When we are in a highly emotional state we tend to ‘accept’ the suggestions and they form a belief/program/pattern in our subconscious.

  4. Just from observing our parents behaviors growing up, neural pathways or blueprints of beliefs were formed in our subconscious.

  5. Hypnosis and NLP works simultaneously with both the subconscious and conscious mind acting as a bridge or a doorway to our subconscious mind.

“Suggestions given in a hypnotic state, even once, can produce actions in human beings that are the same type of actions that would have resulted in long-term conditioning and practice.” –  An Institute of Cognitive and Neuroscience research study
