I believe a major factor that effects change is mindset. When we are sick, injured or in pain, we tend to worry more and become angry or fearful that we won’t get better. This type of thinking literally creates more pain and sickness and slows down recovery. I created this MP3 to help me shift my thinking and heal my colon. It was one of the first MP3’s  I created because I knew listening to it could help me heal.

The Essential 4™ came together after years of working with clients and personally being trained by many ‘Masters.’ When I began my journey as a hypnotherapist, I knew that regression was extremely important, but I felt uncomfortable doing it on the first session for a number of reasons.

 

Also, some people, like myself, are called analyzer / resistors and regression can be difficult for us. Furthermore, some clients were so emotionally distraught by the time they got to my office that I realized I needed to first build them up emotionally, reduce their stress, and teach (or re-teach) them how to respond resourcefully to the world around them.
